The Backyard Playdate
Experts know that unstructured play is crucial to healthy child development. Kids need room and space to explore freely, create connections and discover their place in the world. Unstructured play has been shown to foster healthy brain development, as well as boost social and emotional development. And parents know – kids need to play!

Our indoor playground is perfect for kids 6 months to 12 years old. But don’t worry – it’s sturdy enough to support adventurous parents and guardians who want to join in on the fun! We also have a separate space for our littlest visitors (kids under 2 years of age) to safely explore.

Spark imaginative play in the Backyard Kid’s Tiny Town. Every part of our creative play area is designed with fun and safety in mind. The Kid's Cafe utilizes kid-sized tools and pretend food create the perfect opportunity for independent pretend play, as well as collaborative pretend play with others. The other areas will be updated frequently with new themes for engaging exploration and play.

Your child will also enjoy our rotating collection of other engaging materials: cozy book nook with curated children's literature, extra-large building components available in each playdate for construction and engineering, STEM Wall play for creative application, and much more.
The Public Playdate
Each playdate session is 2 hours of fun – jump, slide, climb and explore the indoor play structure, built specifically for our space by industry leader Orca Coast Playgrounds. Explore Backyard Tiny Town for imaginative fun.

All participants must wear Backyard Play Café safety socks when entering the play space. No shoes or bare feet allowed. Any adults entering the play space must also wear socks.

Backyard Play Space Socks are required for all participants who enter the play space. We have sizes ranging from XXS-XXL – a size for every foot.*

Guardians and babies (0-6 months) are always free. We ask that if your baby is ready to play in the space that you include them in your play pass purchase.
Our facility is cleaned and sanitized at the end of every playdate - the indoor playground, the kitchen and play food, as well as seating areas. We take cleanliness seriously at the cafe – we utilize natural cleaning products proven to be safe for children, while effectively sanitizing the space. Don’t worry – we’re just as freaked out by germs as you are, so you can trust that we’ll be working hard to keep our facility clean and safe for your kids and ours.
